Chase Penner
Hello, my name is Chase Penner, and I’m an avid car enthusiast and part-time pet father. My hobbies include bird watching, fishing, car activities, cooking, and traveling.
My relationship with the Manner team goes way back to when I was 12 and met Zach Mann. We became close through working out and video games, and since then, we’ve done everything together—and that won’t stop at Manner. In 9th grade, I met Braeden at lunch, where we talked non-stop about cars and coin collecting. From there, we started hanging out almost daily.
Later on, I ran into Konner at school, wearing an F1 shirt, and found out he was close friends with Braeden. The rest, as they say, is history. After years of friendship, we decided it was time to create something that combined all of our common interests: CARS!

Zack Mann
Hi, I’m Zack Mann. My journey with Manner Auto Group began when I met Chase back in elementary school. We quickly became close friends, and over the years, he introduced me to Konner and Braeden. I had the honor of getting to know them shortly after, and together, we laid the foundation for what would become our team.
I’ve been working on cars professionally for nearly a decade, specializing in Paintless Dent Repair (PDR) and focusing on hailstorm damage and vehicle restoration. Our shared passion for cars grew even more when I introduced Chase to Forza Horizon 4 on Xbox, which ignited the dream that eventually led to the creation of Manner Auto Group.
One memorable chapter of our journey began when my grandma moved out of her longtime home and planned to leave behind a vintage 1960s air compressor. Chase and I immediately saw the potential—it would be the perfect tool to help us launch our vehicle painting efforts. So, we decided to drive across the state to pick it up, just a week before the house was set to close.
We rented a truck from Home Depot and hit the road, but the trip didn’t go exactly as planned. We nearly broke the heavy compressor trying to get it onto the truck, and to top it off, we got pulled over by a state trooper for speeding. Thankfully, my cousin Daylon joined us to help load the compressor, and despite the challenges, we made it home with it. The entire experience became a defining moment for us.
This adventure reflects how we approach everything in the business: relentless, hands-on, and determined to get the job done. It’s these kinds of moments—and our passion for cars—that inspired the creation of Manner Auto Group.

Konner Mitts
Hello, my name is Konner Mitts. I’m a car fanatic and I’m obsessed with the details. My hobbies include cars, cooking, and traveling, as well as a little paintball.
My relationship with the Manner team goes back to middle school when Braeden and I started playing video games. We bonded over cars, music and games. I had known of Chase but we were not “friends”, later in highschool we made it official and have been ride or die ever since.
My favorite journey with manner has been our trip to St. Louis, MO. We woke up late but nonetheless we hopped on the road, our first manner business trip was underway, we headed to St. Louis and straight to Porsche and Ferrari we go. We met plenty of contacts on this trip within Porsche and Ferrari and we got to see some of our dream cars. We later went to Holman Motorcars and Wow. Those care were something else. The elegance of the Bentleys, speed of the Lamborghinis, and the aura and speed of the Bugatti despite it being covered and behind glass. It’s moments like these that inspire Manner every day.

Hola and hello, I am Braeden Burnstein. My love for cars comes from my father and grandfather, they are both lifelong mechanics so seeing what they did as a little kid got me interested in cars since a very young age.
My hobbies include playing video games with my friends, collecting rare coins, and collecting vinyl records.
My relationship with the team goes back to middle school when I met Konner online through mutual friends, we became very close over the course of 5 years. Later in high school I met Chase and me and him hit it off instantly. But when all 3 of use got together for the first time in late senior year, I knew we had something special. We hung out almost every day and the rest is history.
